The amount paid for the first work cannot be refunded during the work, and only a refund is possible before the work. (We recommend a decision after a meeting.)

Cancellation and refund are possible through mutual agreement between the expert and the client.

If the application is canceled during preliminary preparations such as casting or rental, only the amount after deducting the corresponding cost can be refunded.

If the application is canceled after the start of filming or editing work, only the remaining amount after deducting the amount calculated by the amount of work performed or the number of work days can be refunded.
Modification and Re-Processing-
Free modifications are available up to 1 time.
Mistakes in the correction section are processed free of charge, and an additional modification request of 10,000 won per case will be charged.
Refund Guidelines-
Withdrawal of subscription during the planning stage: Up to 80% of the total payment amount can be refunded

Professional Liability-
In accordance with the Consumer Damage Compensation Regulations, in the event of loss or damage to the original photograph, a full refund will be provided.

In the event of withdrawal of subscription due to non-compliance with the work deadline, negligence of work, and corresponding professional liability, a refund and provision of the original photograph can be provided.
Client Liability-
Once the work has begun, a full refund is not possible due to a simple change of mind or the client's liability.
