- Please take a picture of the product with your mobile phone and send it to Mangotree along with the desired shooting conditions/direction.

Mangotree will provide you with an accurate estimate, then proceed with payment and product shipment.

- Once the shooting fee is paid and the product is received, product shooting will be done.

Product shooting usually takes 2-3 days.The photos taken will be sent to you via email in a reduced size, and the original photos of the final selection will be sent to you.

The photographer's standard is based on products that do not have reflections or transparency within the size of small props.
(Products that do not fall under the above may incur additional costs or may not be able to be shot.) - If you have any desired staging or emphasis, you must provide sample images and related information in advance before shooting.

In the case of a set product consisting of multiple options for one product, an estimate is made for each single item quantity.
Ex) Cosmetics set: Additional costs are incurred for 3 types of skin + lotion + essence products. - The cost of courier delivery and return of the product to be photographed is borne by the customer.
- If the product is not photographed with only a white background, but rather a display using props and background paper, it is considered a staging cut, not a nude cut.
- If additional props are needed depending on the raw material concept of each product to be photographed, the customer must provide them, and a material cost may be charged when the company purchases the materials.
- Nuki shooting is not provided as a PSD file, but as a JPG image.
- If you wish to observe the filming, you can observe for up to 1 hour.
- If you need to retrieve the product, you must request it in advance, and if it cannot be retrieved, food products will be disposed of within 2 weeks and other products within 1 month.
